Linda Kaplan, MHA, KCG founder, has worked in marketing
and promotion for over twenty years.
| Linda
was raised in Palm Springs, California as the
granddaughter, daughter and sister of prominent
cardiologists. She has worked in the marketing
and/ or sales division of major companies including
Proctor & Gamble (Patient Care Services Division),
American Medical International, Summit Health,
Ltd., and PacifiCare Health Systems. |

Additionally, Linda
served as marketing director for Special Care Services,
a dental office for the developmentally disabled,
and worked for over seven and a half years as a senior
account executive for a southern California healthcare
advertising agency.
In 2001 after a successful career working on "both
sides of the marketing desk," Linda launched
Kaplan Communications Group (KCG). A virtual marketing
firm, KCG was created for companies who do not have
the budget, time or desire to work with a large advertising
agency, but still wanted access to the agency expertise.
She completed two terms as Program Chair of the Orange
County Health Care Public Relations and Marketing
Association (HPRMA), Orange County Program Chair and
National Honor Roll member of the Medical Marketing
Association (MMA), and is past president of the Orange
County Chapter of Women in Business (WIB). Linda earned
a BA in Communications from UC Santa Barbara, and
a Master of Health Administration from Chapman University.
